Purchasing artwork does not transfer reproduction, publication, or commercial rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.

Morgan LaPlante retains the right to document and share commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of the commission.

Commissions

Each commissioned piece is created individually by hand by Morgan LaPlante.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
• Work begins only after the deposit is received and all project details are confirmed
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment
• Timelines are estimates and may shift depending on complexity and schedule
• A limited number of revisions are included and defined before work begins

Morgan LaPlante reserves the right to decline commission requests at their discretion.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed for commissions.

Orders or commissions may be paused or canceled if payment is not completed.

Promotional Offers
